Our new clients all begin with an in depth virtual consultation before being able to book any treatments or services. This allows Shara to get to know you and your skin and create a skincare plan tailored to your personal needs. Clients who have not been seen in over a year are also asked to book a consultation as skin changes are likely to have occurred and we like to remain up to date with your best skincare solutions moving forward.
Our relationship with our clients is personal and complex and we believe that the key to stunning results is collaboration in order to select the best treatment and product options for you. Shara is dedicated to her field and to investing in the success of her clients from the very first step.

How To Prepare for Your Virtual Consultation
Step One
BRING A FRESH FACE
Please arrive to your consultation with bare skin and minimal product (just a gentle cleanser will
do). This gives us the best look at your skin without makeup or harsh products disguising any
concerns.
Step Two
PREPARE YOUR NOTES
You live in your skin everyday and know your skin’s challenges so it is important to make note of those concerns to communicate with us during your appointment. Make sure you include all products and medications you are currently using to ensure we get your skin’s full history.
